• We currently only deliver within South Africa using Pudo's locker-to-locker service. The client is responsible for covering the shipping cost.

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on Pudo's schedule and availability.

• The client is responsible for ensuring timely collection of their item from the designated locker.

• Vroudrie will not be held liable for missing, lost, or uncollected items.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• We do not offer returns or refunds on items that are damaged due to improper handling by the client.

• Any returns must be sent back at the client's expense and in their original, undamaged condition for consideration.

• Refunds will only be issued after inspection of the returned item. Refund decisions are at our sole discretion.

• Cancellations can only be processed before shipping. No Cancellation will be processed after it has been shipped.
